We are still waiting for Jason's answer regarding whether or not a cover is available for our Santa Fe dehumidifier unit - We want to keep the cat from sitting on and/or chewing the foam pre-filter.

Twice messages were not relayed to workers. Once we were given a specific time to expect a worker, but no time had been given to him. We had to cancel plans and wait at home for a couple extra hours for someone to show up very late in the day.
