I wanted to share with you a crew review. On Jan. 19 the crew led by Juan Matos arrived at my mother's home to repair a crumbling cement block and replace the basement floor that was torn out years ago. The crew arrived promptly and was very courteous. I did go down and talk to Juan and asked him a few questions about the job and he explained everything in detail and was very kind. When the job was completed the crew cleaned everything up nicely. I want to thank Thrasher Basement for making the repair process so fast and easy. Your people at the end of any phone call just ROCK! You have a solid organization that is built to last. Done a lot of research and have had a lot of competitors in our new home and you are the best on all levels...customer service, consulation in our home and price for what makes sense for a unique basement with unique needs.
