  Robert has been living in Brentwood, TN, for over 45 years. Together with his wife Dianne, he takes pride in their home and spends a lot of time maintaining and beautifying it. While owning a house is gratifying, it also presents ongoing work and new challenges every once in a while. The steps leading to Robert’s house started settling down and became a daily hazard for him and his wife over time. “Before they did the work, it was horrible looking. Using Polylevel as a solution helped Robert save money and time by raising the concrete steps instead of replacing them.   Mike Pruitt and his co-Forman Cody Bradley and his team did a wonderful job stabilizing two of my basement walls, installing their waterproofing system, and a complete new sump pump, plumbing, and battery backup system. They were very thorough, polite, and made sure no dust got through the house furnace by closing off the entire work area. They answered my questions and followed up in a timely manner. They cleaned up the work area and my basement looks great. Nice to have peace of mind knowing the job was done right and done in a professional manner. Hats off to the entire team!   Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently. Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure. All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done. In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work. They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater). We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. I took the time to write this additional good review because these three young men deserve it and I would hope the company is doing whatever than can to retain these guys!
