They were very nice and presentable and overall did a wonderful job. The only issue we had was we were expecting the PVC piping to be done a certain way which they did communicate it would not be run against the ceiling, however we were not made aware the pipes were going to drop down and exit out the concrete and not the upper wall. This inhibits our ability to finish the lower portion of our space. I did call and communicate this and we are awaiting a call back
