Upon delivery of the bulkhead, there was a miscommunication in production and apparently the wrong bulkhead was delivered (wrong size) -- so after some back and forth on what happened, the installation crew had to come back a week or so later with the correct bulkhead. The bulkhead was eventually installed beautifully and it looks great and keeps out the moisture! For the recent dehumidifier installation, no one from production called me to confirm the installation date. However a lovely lady in billing gave me a tentative date she saw down on my account but said someone would call to confirm the date & time. Luckily I wrote it down on my calendar because that was in fact my installation date but I had to call to confirm it a week prior to install. I also confirmed the timeframe of Noon-2pm but the crew showed before 10am!? A few days before the dehumidifier installation I received an emailed "Special Instruction" sheet to review, fill out & sign. I wrote down and highlighted a few KEY things including a reminder that the condensate pump was going to drain several rooms away in the basement, so basically... don't forget to bring enough tubing!! Sure enough, the tech came and did not have enough tubing! Fortunately we decided draining it out an old window covering was better but it was a little annoying because they missed a big piece of info on that form apparently.

Crew was very friendly and walked me through the whole process. Only downside was they showed up before 10am when I had confirmed the night before the installation time of between Noon-2pm. What would have happened if I was not home before Noon? Anyway, it all worked out OK but it was a little unusual and could have been a problem.
