We have had a great experience with TC Hafford from the intial visit with Nathaniel and all the way through installation. We felt very comfortable working with everyone.

Everyone who answers the phone is always friendly and able to respond to any of our questions.

Nathaniel was just great. He is very personable and was able to fully explain the entire system. We asked multiple questions that he responded to with full information. He was great to work with.

Dave and the crew were great. They worked very efficiently. We weren't sure how everything would work with it snowing outside but they got it done in a very timely manner.

This is difficult to respond to because the work essentially creates a mess. This was complicated by it snowing so the crew had that to deal with as well. The crew cleaned up the best they could but we also knew there would be additional clean up after things dried up some. So all in all they did the best job they could with things. The one thing that we weren't aware of until the day of installation that the curing time for cement was 2 - 3 weeks. This is understandable but we were just a bit surprised to learn this on day of installation as we had a timeframe in mind for when we had wanted to put items back in place in the basement. No big deal we just readjusted our own schedule that we had in mind.
