Great work, good communication from Emily in terms of completing the project before the recent snow and progress of the project alone the way. Since we do not live in the area Emily sent pictures of the completed work. They could not finish on the Friday they started so Emily and her crew came out on Saturday the day before the snow to finish. They had been unable to finish due to the front storm door had to be removed from the outside. We had thought we could do it from the inside after installation.We had been unable to remove the door when we were there in December. Emily obtained permission for them to remove the door so installation could be completed before the snow. Emily went above and beyond to get our job done. Emily and her team also helped us with the separate basement waterproofing being started today (1-9-24). TC Hafford had decided they need to pour a slab in the basement to be sure to limit water intrusion. I had not expected to have to remove some paint cans and tile from the basement. Emily and her crew took care of that issue for us also. Great customer service all!

Emily did a great job of communicating with us. Originally it looked like we could not get on the schedule until March or later. Emily called saying the mild weather had let the crews work more than planned and she had an opening. We jumped on it.

Both Emily and Jeff came out to the house to give us a quote. We had a water problem in the basement which is why we considered gutters. They explained how gutters could address that issue and why we should consider doing the entire house instead of just specific areas. They also demonstrated the product and explained how it would stand up to Maine winters. They were not pushy.

Everything looks good. Since it snowed right after installation, that will test the new gutters and their installation.
