I wish I had known about you guys ten years ago and would have done it then. This was a very good process from start to finish.

I had an extremely good experience with Kristy. I was coordinating completing the project around the closing of my house. She made the communication very easy. She provided me with a cell phone number to reach her at and was extremely responsive to everything.

Ken was very professional and responsive. He admittedly told me he was new to this position and I was to be his first deal. He made a mistake with the initial drawing that resulted in the estimate being more than he originally quoted. He also told me I would need to remove 4 stairs when in fact the whole stairwell needed to come out resulting in more additional unexpected expense. I want to point out that I do not see this as a fault of Ken, but a deficit in the training program he was provided. He made every effort to make this work as well as possible.

These guys deserve a much higher number than 5. Josh heard my concerns with the pending closing and accommodated several requests to be careful around some areas. He, also was very professional and courteous. He had an associate with him whose name I do not recall but both men where top notch.
