When our crew first arrived, this is how the crawl space environment had been for years. It is not sealed properly which was allowing moisture to settle in the area.
We chose to install this TripleSafe Sump Pump behind the stairs in the basement in order to guarantee the water entering the basement would be pumped out.
Bottom of beam is anchored to base of foundation.
We first dug up a thin trench along the foundation walls where the WaterGuard would sit.
