I have used Basement Systems in two houses. The first was a basement that was continually wet year round and unusable. After the system was installed the basement has never been wet again and I use it for storage. The second was a crawl space that would fill up with 2 inches of water every time it rained. After the system was installed the space is bone dry even in the heaviest rainfall. This system works and is worth the investment.
