Len Fletcher worked through several pricing options with me to ensure I got the package that I wanted, and helped with financing to make it affordable. Steve and his crew were extremely clean and courteous. They worked very quickly, getting everything done exactly on schedule. Explained every part of the process and ensured I was satisfied with the job. After they left, everything was spotless. The cleanup process was perfect. Absolutely no complaints. DryZone offered the complete package, the basement waterproofing, and the finishing. Getting everything in a one-stop, complete package was very important; and it was competitively priced. Very happy with the finished product.
