Jay was pleasant took the time to explain in detail what we were getting and how it actually works.

Representative was clear and all the information I needed before and after was given to me.

So sorry I don't remember his name. I was very pleased with him, he gave us several options as to where we wanted the water to drain. One place that we were looking at, I could tell he was no comfortable using that as drainage for the water. He could have easily say ok and left it at but he went into why he didn't think that was the best place. That I'm very thankful for.
