Bruce entered the HomeSpec team with over 25 years of experience in real estate and real estate investing. Throughout the years, he has been involved in hundreds of home inspections and evaluations. He has also won numerous customer service awards and holds 20 five-star Zillow reviews. 

Since joining the team in 2024, Bruce has trained to specialize in waterproofing and concrete inspections. His favorite part of being a project manager is finding the right solutions to help clients better enjoy their homes and increase their value. When Bruce is not helping homeowners he loves traveling with his wife, writing, and recording music with friends.
