The Cleanup Process

When the cleanup crew removed the tape for the plastic barriers (in the basement) also removed some ceiling tile paint. I had to touch up the paint. The outside concrete work for the sump pump outlet, dried in a yellowish / discolored state. In general, however, everyone did a great job, was professional, and explained various steps in the demo and installation process. I'd give you a 5 but for those minor issues listed.

What made you choose our company:

Research. Your sales staff and information was much more informative than competition, and your product seemed better engineered. We'll have to wait and see how it all performs, but we have high expectations that all will be good.
