This customer had our WaterGuard system installed in half of thier basement in 2015. They continued to have a little bit of seepage issues with a wall that they did not address before. We added on to there existing system with another 28 ft of WaterGuard, which will hopefully stop the water from getting into thier finished basement.
The origin of the basement dampness came from the beautiful area around the house that happened to be a lake with high water table, causing the wet basement problem.
This customer bought a very old house that sat vacant without heat for a year or so before the purchase. When the heat was turned back on it became evident that the last owner did patch and paint work to cover up the shifting blocks. It became very evident once living in the house for a couple months. Due to the close proximity of the neighbors, something needed to be done on the inside of the house. Our specialist Dave, came out to look at the bowing of 3 of the 4 basement walls. He bid 15 power braces and 2 earth anchors in attempts to stop the basement walls from shifting
This customer had a finished basement that suddenly began leaking water this spring. They were very upset that the flooring was ruined and something needed to be done. Our specialist Dave went out and assessed the situation. He proposed 97 ft of WaterGuard coupled with 2 WellDuct Window Drains and a SuperSump to mediate the water into the sump station and out of the basement.
These customers in Brainerd, MN opted for DryTrak and drain tile in hopes of keeping their basement dry in the upcoming soggy spring months. We had to cut the walls and floors in preparation of the installation of the DryTrak. This basement is unique because it is built on a monolithic foundation which means that the foundation has only 2 pieces. We also installed a drain tile system that deals with the hydrostatic pressure coming up from the floor. Both of the water removal systems were routed to the new sump location.
To ensure professional installation and superior service we carefully created an international network of over 350 trusted basement contractors.
