Had a serious misrepresentation issue with one of your competitors. They didn't quote specifically enough and wanted me to do more at my expense for them to do the long-awaited work. Your firm came in, quoted and did exactly what they said they would do. Weather was a problem to do the final connection to a dry creek and they came back and completed it as soon as weather allowed.
