Sales rep (can't remember the name) was honest and easy to talk to. I appreciated his time.
Chim was so nice and friendly! I felt very happy to have him working at my house.
There was no dust on anything, but the floor was pretty muddy. I'm not sure there was anything the crew could have done about this short of mopping, though, so it's fine.
