Sales Process

Dave was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He explained everything thoroughly and there weren’t any surprises when it was time for the work.

Our Installation Crew

Jordan and his crew were kind, prompt, and seem to have taken their time to do a good job. Jordan explained everything and walked me through what they’d be doing before they started, and everything went according to plan, and the cement work looks clean and even.

The Cleanup Process

They cleaned up much more than what I was expecting them to. I know there will be a lot of dust left from this project but they did a pretty good job cleaning things before they left and they took all debris and everything with them.

What made you choose our company:

1. Dave was really great when he came out 2. The reviews online were really good 3. Your pricing was better than the other companies who quoted us 4. You were able to get us in quicker than we thought 5. You offered the cactus board when no other company had and we weren’t certain our footing was deep enough to support the water guard initially and it was great knowing that if we couldn’t do the water guard we could still continue with the waterproofing as scheduled. 6. When I called the office they went above and beyond to check to see if we had had any previous work permits pulled on this property because we had just bought it and the previous owners hid the water issues from us.
