Webb City, MO 64870I came home and the outflow pipe had completely disconnected from the pump and was spewing water everywhere underneath my crawl space. Managed to reconnect the pipe and the pump got the majority of the water out, but now it's not draining properly and the basin is full of water. The valve might not be working and it might be recycling water, which would be an easy fix- but I ruptured my Achilles tendon a few months ago and I can't be under the crawl space for more than a few minutes without a lot of pain. I would just need someone to see if the pump is working correctly and its attachments are okay. I bought this house last year and it seems now that whoever installed this pump did not install it super well.
