Mason Holder

As the Production Manager for our Sioux City location, Mason helps ensure that quality and safety goals are being met. He also supports the production team and helps develop standard operating procedures for all Thrasher products and services. He got into the field over 15 years ago because he wanted to help people find solutions for their homes, something he gets to do every day at Thrasher.

Those around him describe Mason as resourceful, adaptable and collaborative. For him, “redefining” means setting the standard and changing viewpoints so that processes can be improved.
