Rich Lathrum is the Regional Manager of our Des Moines and Peoria/Fort Madison locations. He has nine years of experience in sales and sales leadership, and his role at Thrasher allows him to utilize his skills to solve problems as he and his team search for ways to improve the customer experience. At the end of the day, everything he does is with the customers in mind. "I want to be proud of my team, our work, and our products every time I interact with our customers and ensure that they get a great experience every single time."

When he's not working, Rich is most likely spending time with his wife Caitlin and their three kids, preferably at Table Rock Lake, or catching a University of Iowa football game. Shockingly, he went to Iowa State but he's a Hawkeyes fan!
