Mike LaPalomento and his teammate - so sorry I can't recall your name!! - completed a job for me this week and I can't say enough about the quality of service I received. I live in Omaha and needed a patio leveled that had sunken from the weight of a large swim spa. The job turned out to be quite a bit more complicated than anticipated, but the team took the time to explain and offer recommendations at every step. They advised me of potential outcomes and got my input before moving forward. In the end, the results were far better than anyone expected - they pulled off the miracle. I fully expected a revised invoice after the extra work involved, but much to my surprise, they even honored the initial estimate. They were on time, friendly and professional, super patient, cleaned up the site before leaving, and above all, extremely competent and knowledgeable. How refreshing - I would never consider going anywhere else in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know!
