The 1/4" holes are small and easy to fill afterwards. The concrete is lifted and there is little sign the repairs were even made. Very clean and efficient installation.
The front section of this porch was sinking due to a void that formed beneath it. This led to a large crack forming which ran the entire length of the porch.
This is what the pool patio looked like before the team came to level it.
The right side of the slab is sinking and the town of Nashua wanted EFS to lift and level the slab.
This basement in Nashua had two sump pumps running 24/7, and they were unable to keep up with the water issue. The homeowners needed a more permanent solution.
The foundation wall in the garage had cracks which were causing concern.
The entrance to this garage had settled and cracked. Rather than tear out and replace, our team injected PolyLevel to stabilize concrete by filling the voids underneath it. The cracks on the surface were then sealed with NexusPro silicone.
The Radon system fan was moved outside because of noise from the fan when indoors.
