Sean Ryan

In 1996 I started Century Masonry & Waterproofing. I worked for several years doing construction work including excavation, carpentry and primarily masonry. Water issues were prevalent in those lines of work so I decided to meet the demand on solving basement waterproofing problems. I did then and do now, take pride in Century. We have solved problems from minor leaks to major structural issues and will continue to do so in the future. We handle situations regarding crawl space humidity to preparing a basement for a lifetime of enjoyment. Besides doing basement water proofing and structural repairs we do concrete work and wall re-construction, in residential and commercial settings. Here at Century we strive for excellence in service and quality. 

I love Sussex county and I try to give back to the community, all of my employees have lived here for most of their lives. We all enjoy working in and around our community. We have all made long lasting relationships with many of our local businesses and people we've worked with throughout the years. I believe this is because we put our customers first and strive to produce results high above the expectations of our customers.

I spend most of my free time with family and friends enjoying outdoor activities.
