Overall I am very happy with the decision to buy the Triplesafe system. The price still kind of bothers me, but after getting water in the basement 3 times this year after lengthy power failures (and never for 15 years before that), I wanted what appeared (and still appears) to be a professional, reliable sump solution. Thanks.
I think the product is expensive for what it is, but I decided on the turnkey solution rather than having it pieced together by one or more contractors. I do have confidence in your product. My old pump was a Zoeller 1/3 hp that was pretty inexpensive but reliable.
Had a difficult time getting info on start up amp/wattage ratings for pumps so I could size a generator. Also really did not like fact that I could not be given even a ballpark on cost of just the triplesafe system. I almost decided to just configure a solution myself.
Ken was great and very responsive thereafter.
The guys were very good. They did leave out one minor task but were sent back right away to finish it (after I called the office). There was a little bit of a language issue, but overall they did fine. I just wasn't too crazy about the slam/bang nature of the job. I would have liked a better run-thru of the components once the job was completed. They seemed in a hurry to get to another job. But I know I can call Ken or your office with any questions. I had to ask them to connect the second pump to an extension cord I provided. Otherwise they would have left it unplugged. But all in all they were very good, polite, and accomodating.
