Om May 7th, 2024, a technician (named Jay) treated my home exterior. Jay was very attentive to my concerns regarding problem areas with carpenter bee activity. He even accessed the roof of my home to treat said problem areas.
He answered all of my (many) questions, educated me on the behavior of bees, and advised how to prevent their access to areas of my home.
Jay was patient, informative, and provided excellent customer service on behalf of Cowley's, and should be acknowledged for his good works.
