We were particularly pleased with the honesty of the salesperson. We are in a new (to us) house and have been hit with many unplanned major expenses. Doug told us what would be the ideal plan for our basement, then said if we wanted to limit cost, we could start with one of your dehumidifiers, which we can attest works very well for our needs.
