The overall experience with the company has been excellent.
This service was for the annual inspection of the sump pump. The service technicians have always been very competent and friendly.
Office personnel scheduled the service, very helpful.
N/A; no new equipment installed at this time.
Everything was put back together and the area cleaned up.
What made you choose our company:
I met Kevin at a home show many years ago and hired him to install the complete basement system in my last house. I had looked at many other systems that I thought would be useless and was very pleased when I found this system and had it installed. When I purchased my new house I had Adirondack install the sump pump basket with lid to keep the humidity out of the basement and now have the pump serviced each year. I am very satisfied with the company.
