Everyone who has seen the bathroom you installed has loved it. Great job and thank you. I would highly recommend your company to others. No regrets so far, but I am as of this writing, still waiting on the written warranties for the work you've concluded and the extended 3 year warranty for the installation of the quick john tank Rod promised he would get to me. In retrospect concerning the tank, I wish Jeff or Tim Van Kempen would have told me that installing the tank the way you did was not what that style tank was designed for. That being said everything is currently fine with the plumbing and I'm cautiously optimistic that I won't experience any problems with that for years to come. If that's not the case and further work needs to be done, I would not hesitate calling your company to do the repairs.

Great company. Everyone I've dealt with have been great.
It was refreshing to here a pleasant helpful person answering my calls and inquiries.
Tim V. was informative and most of his ideas in the planning of my bathroom basement were used in the final production. He answered all my calls during the initial planning in a friendly timely manner.
Kyle, his crew, Rich the electrician, and Jeff the plumber were skilled at their trades. There was no need to even do a punch list of little things at the the conclusion of the project. I felt at ease with them and left them unattended often in my home many times during the course of the installation.
Well I can't give a five star on this although the big messes were cleaned up fine. My wife and I took care of the details during and after completion.
