Again, I can't say enough good things about Mike. His professionalism, knowledge, consideration and kindness are the attributes that employers look for. And honestly, after the water problems we have experienced, Adirondack Basement has been a God-send! Bless you all!

Had three quotes initially and went with AB because the initial salesperson, Tim told me there was a service that I had requested that I did not need at that time. The others that I spoke with were eager to perform the service and charge me a bundle for it. I felt that Tim had a lot of integrity which reflected the integrity of Adirondack basement.
Initially Sean and Joel installed my systems but Mike has since done maintenance and installed new pumps when needed. As I said before, Mike is a great technician and I truly appreciate his work.
Things are cleaner when Mike leaves then when he came!
