The initial estimate and energy audit made me realize the importance of a professional air sealing and insulation installation. Offering to get rid of small spot of mold during the installation and putting insulation in my wall bathroom fan that was recently disconnected bc of the knowledge you gave me telling me how it was like having a hole in the wall was enormously appreciated by me and saved me unknown amount of heat that is no longer being lost
