What made you choose our company:

I needed a solution to remove mold from the underside of my roof and a way to prevent it from coming back. Richard inspected my attic and spent time explaining the situation. He offered several solutions to prevent the mold from returning but I ultimately decided on having the "Super Attic System" installed. After Richard explained the system to me, it made sense to go with this method because it prevented the hot air that was escaping from the living area from condensing on the Plywood on the underside of the roof. It also supposed to keep the attic from getting too hot in the summer time which will benefit my HVAC system Expediant removed the mold and installed the Super Attic in 3 days. I am pleased with the results of the work that Expediant has done and would recommend them to others.
