What made you choose our company:

Rich was awesome from the get-go. The installation crew was fantastic, respectful, cleaned up, worked fast, awesome. I'd have liked to have Rich there when the job started but understood that there were conflicting appointments — my husband had wanted to talk before the job started. Two things that would be helpful is (a) testing the product with the customer after the cement dries to prove it works (b) a video or sheet on how to use it, what to expect...etc. Deon did an awesome job of explaining and I video taped him but there should be a formal video for the consumer post-install as a reference — there's just way too much info to go over how it works in a couple of minutes after the job was finished.
