Our team installed CleanSpace overtop of the rock ledge to allow the water to flow into our french drain waterproofing system. By installing CleanSpace the dampness of the customers crawlspace was fixed. The CleanSpace also helps reflect light and makes the room much brighter.

This crawlspace has been transformed into a much nicer healthier enviorment with the help of our patented  SilverGlo CleanSpace and TerraBloc Products!

When this homeowner reached out to us, they were dealing with a host of troubling issues in their crawl space. Mold was spreading, humidity levels were soaring, and moisture seeped through the area. They noticed troubling signs of settlement, including warped floors and deteriorating girders and sill plates. The space was also plagued with mud and improper supports, making it a problematic environment.   We knew this was a serious situation, and our goal was to restore both safety and comfort to their home. To begin, we temporarily supported the house to ensure the safety of everyone while we worked on the repairs. Our first major step was to replace the old main girder with a new triple two-by-ten girder, reinforced by our advanced SmartJack and Stabil-Loc piering systems. This upgrade would provide the essential support needed to stabilize the home.   Next, we tackled the deteriorated sill plate by removing the old one and installing a new, sturdy replacement. We also addressed the rotten floor joists by sistering them—strengthening the joists that were still in good condition.   With the structural issues under control, we turned our attention to moisture management. We installed our patented sump pump to efficiently direct any water out of the crawl space. Then, we laid down a drain mat and our innovative CleanSpace vapor barrier across the entire floor. This not only helped in keeping the space clean but also prevented moisture from affecting the home above.   Finally, to combat any remaining humidity and moisture, we installed our Basementaire dehumidifier. This powerful unit ensures that the crawl space remains dry and comfortable.   Since completing the project, the homeowner's house is now structurally sound and has transformed into a much more pleasant environment. No longer plagued by moisture and mold, the space is a testament to the quality and effectiveness of our solutions.

We were contacted by the owner of the business to get a job taken care of in a very quick time frame, as they were doing an entire building remodel and wanted to be open by a certain time this year. In order for any of the other teams working on this project to be able to start their work, we had to install our waterproofing systems first. More importantly, the work we performed needed to be done quickly as the area is going to be used for a meat locker and any and all water or moisture needed to be removed before they could start using it for storage. We ended up installing FlowGuard which runs around the perimeter to our sump pump, as well as CleanSpace in order to mitigate any water that would penetrate the building. By installing these systems we will be able to collect any water that makes its way in and divert it to the sump pump and ultimately out of the building During the digging process our foreman noticed that a white slurry was coming into the building and for a while could not figure out what it was. Upon further researched he realized it was watered down paint that was coming in from the painters outside power washing the building to paint it. From this occurrence, we know that they will greatly benefit from the installation of FlowGuard, CleanSpace, and our sump pump system to keep their meat locker water-free.
