Ray is excellent. He consistently gave a thorough explanation of the existing problems in our basement as well as how Frank's would remedy the situation.
Javier and his team did excellent work. They were all very polite. Javier did an amazing job explaining the entire process to us. He patiently answered all of our questions. His work was stellar. We appreciated the care the team took to prep our house at the beginning of the job. At the end of each day they made sure to sweep up any mess and even put our rugs back in the appropriate spots. Adam, Jamar and Antwon were diligent workers and took extra caution in all aspects of their work. Thank you to Javier and his team!!!
