Call Representative
Kim was very professional, friendly and accommodating, especially when you needed to reschedule a few times.
Sales Process
Frank Nati answered all my questions and returned calls promptly. He's a good man, but you already know that.
Our Installation Crew
Respectful, on time, explained things well and I can't argue with the results. A big job. Tech had to return to repair some plumbing. Good work.
The Cleanup Process
Plastic film hung to protect office and bar was basically useless, but I knew going in I'd have a week's worth of cleanup ahead of me. The guys did do a good job cleaning up, though.

Recommendation from my mother who is was a long-time real estate agent, and from L. Don Swartz, friend and owner of the Ghostlight Theater, where you performed (pun intended) a major waterproofing project to his satisfaction. After securing three bids, your pricing was not the best but Frank Nati made me comfortable about being completely satisfied with the results. The transferrable, lifetime warranty was big. Plus you are very local, from my town. And I always like to support Tonawanda businesses when I can.
