Nice technician who explained everything, cleaned up well and was kind to my cats (one of whom thought the drop sheet was a nice place for a nap). He also told me when it would be noisy, as I was working at home.

I believe there was a flyer left in the kitchen when I moved into the house twenty years ago. The house had water damage from the elderly lady turning off the heat in winter when she went to visit her daughter.
