From start to finish the attitude, knowledge, and professionalism of all Frank's employees is impressive and commendable. However, I am underimpressed with the work completed. The gutter drainage system doesn't perform well. It rained Thursday night and two days later both bubblers were still filled to the top with standing water, and grass around the bubblers was wet. I'm questioning what will happen in a continuously rainy season. Also, I'm disappointed that throughout the project planning and implementation that it was never brought to my attention that the gutter drainage would not be connected to the storm sewer. My mom had Frank's install gutter drainage at her house back in 2016 with gutter drainage connecting to the storm sewer. Again, there was nothing ever brought to my attention that our job would be executed any differently. I only found out when I arrived home at project completion and the completed work was explained to me. Having the gutter drainage and sump pump discharge connect to the storm sewer was the reason I signed up to have the work done. I wanted the water out of our yard. Also, I still need Frank's to come back and fix sidewalks and my fence as noted in final job notes.
