I was refered to Ray Smith to come out to take a look at some weaping cracks in my basement walls. I texted him and he was extremely helpful!
Sales Process
Ray Smith told me everything that would be happening if I had chosen Frank's Basement to make my repairs. He told me what was causing the problems with the basement and was very confident that his installation could make lite work of my problems.
Our Installation Crew
Duane Whitmyer was the lead crew member at my home. He walked me through everything they were going to do and reiterated what Ray Smith had told me previously. Duane had two crew members with him and all 3 men were polite and knowledgeable. Duane invited me to come and take a look at the job before applying the epoxy. I was very impressed!
The Cleanup Process
The crew hung plastic to keep the dust level at a minimum. Everything was cleaned and removed from my home to the point where I couldn't tell the men had been there...except the weeping walls were covered and everything as fresh and clean looking.
