What made you choose our company:

Frank's showed up right away after we requested a Sale Rep to come to our home. Dave Hennessy was great. He was very thorough with his explanation and presentation of the product along with his assessment of our basement and it's problems. Even though my wife and I live out of state, Dave was very proactive in providing us any design changes which required our review or any information regarding scheduling the construction. On the day the construction started, Frank's construction crew Eric Knott and Rolando started work very promptly and took exceptional care of our home, demonstrating a strong sense of respect not only as individuals, but as a company core value. Their work performance and work ethic were second to none. They communicated their workplan daily and ensured we were made aware of any changes. The work these two gentlemen performed was back breaking work. Most inside work was done in a hunched over position, often times carrying buckets of broken concrete and wet clay out of the work area. Needless to say, my wife and I were very impressed. All work was of exceptional quality and mechanically sound. Any problems that did arise were quickly communicated and coordinated to the functional area experts for a speedy fix. Both Eric and Rolando were very eager to answer and explain any questions we may have had. We were very fortunate to have had this crew. As customers, we were completely stress free. I don't know what their salaries are, but they both deserve a raise! We were also impressed when we received phone calls from your office, checking on the progress, addressing any issues that arose and whether we had concerns or questions. Kim Swiatek was an exceptional player as well. She came to our home to evaluate a concern which arose and spent time afterwards to talk with us, very willing to answer any questions and provide advice on any future water proofing projects we may have for the house. Overall, from a home improvement standpoint, this was a very positive experience and we will gladly recommend this company. Thank you for a GREAT job!
