Yes, it was the postcard(s) you sent recommending the annual maintenance. I have prior experience with Frank's as you redid interior drain tile, installed the current sump pump and filled cracks. THANK YOU! Note: The postcard that the service tech leaves lists the feedback address as "franksbasements.com/crew-review". When typed into Firefox, this results in "404 Page Not Found", "That page doesn't exist any more...". The full webpage address, including ".html", must be entered. The way I finally succeeded in finding this page was to investigate the various options on your homepage and happened to find Crew Review under About Us. I'm fairly certain that many people probably aren't so diligent/inquisitive. Thought you'd like to know.
