I feel there was miscommunication with the salesperson. I called to repair cracks in a crawl space. He suggested wrapping the space. He showed a video and I remember specifically asking if it was going to be suctioned and securely wrapped to the walls and floor. He assured me it would be. A little surprised when it was a loose fitting wrap. Again, I believe it was a communication error with the salesperson
