The work itself was top notch. Most things leading up to that left a lot to be desired.

It seemed fine when Phil was here, but when the guys showed up to do the job, it was clear that he didn't have enough knowledge to adequately prepare or price the job. We had to start all over again. Getting anyone to call me back after that was a real challenge -- took us almost a month to get back to the starting place. That was incredibly frustrating and I considered canceling altogether. This would be a major area of concern if I were in management here.

Great. Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable.

So clean. I was impressed.
