Overall the experience was very good and highly professional.
My phone calls were either answered or responded to promptly - the salesperson was responsive and well informed, fantastic documentation was provided to describe the service and products, communication was very easy - the crew showed up on the scheduled date and the install went very well. Cleanup was particularly impressive. Overall, a very positive experience - I'd highly recommend.
