The work crew over seen by Foreman Victor Leon was very good. Victor himself was very professional, friendly and appeared to work extremely hard. Yet, he was always free to answer any question I presented. We were overall very happy with the neat and organized manner they worked. Victor and I even had a few laughs, he is a very likeable guy who knows his job!
