The issue I have is with the Sedona SANI DRY Dehumidifier. I have had 4 units in 5 years. It is my understanding that there have been many problems with the dehumidifiers for years. The unit is sent back to Sedona and then put back into service with another customer. The replacement unit put in my basement on this service call was from 2018. That is not the service person’s fault but a major issue with Sedona
