In the course of the installation, Nick noticed the need to add another sump pump in the garage. While this costs around $1000, he did not charge us a penny as it was not included in the original estimate. This kind of honesty is rare and to be commended. I could not recommend Quality 1st Basement more highly. These guys are the very best. While they may not be the cheapest, they will add value many times over to your property.
I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the job from initiation to completion.
