Comment: In 8/2014 house was flooded by rainfall basement and crawlspace and 2 inches in main floor. ServPro extracted, demolished and ran heaters/blowers. Crawlspace plastic was not removed. It is torn and bunched up. I think there are cat droppings/pee under there. The insulation under the floor was replaced, but the floor above is definitely sagging. After the flood, we had MidAtlantic Waterproofing come and for 12K they trench/drained around the part of the basement you can stand in, with no attention paid to the crawlspace. Odors are getting bad. Money is running low. But we need help!!
