We interviewed 4 companies and chose Carolina Basement Systems based off of their reputation, their willingness to stand by their products and solutions, our interactions with Austin the sales representative (honest, friendly, informative and no pressure), and their reasonable pricing for a high quality solution. You can find cheaper companies and more expensive companies, but Carolina Basement Systems offers the right mix of quality and value.
