Our salesperson, Jeff Balter was professional, thorough, good to work with, explained the entire process and the logic behind his recommendations. Your competition also did not include one wall area in the initial estimate. We had to call them back and specifically push to include that area in their estimate. This was a problem area Jeff had correctly identified as high moisture in his evaluation and estimate.
